Fried Kway Teow(Flat white noodles)
add oil to stir fry chopped garlic
add noodles
add black sauce to noodles to fry
stir fry till sauce and noodles are well mixed
remove and set aside noodles
now fry prawns with oil and garlic again
add other meats to prawns to fry
add seasonings and water
serve noodles with raw vegetables
scoop generous amount of seafood gravy over to serve!

Hi gina, is the website under construction? think there is some problems with the kitchencapers website, i hv been trying to access to the website since yesterday but stil not able???
