Coffee Cream Eclairs
melt butter in a pot of water
add flour to mix
stir till flour becomes a dough
put dough in mixer to beat in eggs
piped batter on baking tray to bake
heat up milk in a pot
add custard powder to mix and stir
add coffee powder and sugar to stir/melt
piped cream inside each eclair after its baked
